I've been inching this project forward at home after the family has gone to bed. Really fun to try and see how far I could push Blender 2.8's realtime viewport Eevee when it comes to fur. It's really great to be able to see such a great representation of the fur without having to press render. Blender 2.8 is still in progress so there are some hickups when it comes to grooming, such as having to hide all "child hairs" when grooming to avoid the grooming being really sluggish.
Also did a lot of projection painting with Blender > krita bridge by using external > quick edit in the texture tool. It works really nice since Krita has great tools for liquifing and grading. Zbrush used for model/sculpt the tiger
I'm not an animator and I had to finish this up before loosing my mind so the animation is far from polished.
Oh, and I finally figured I'd try to do some music again after 15 years or so. Fun stuff, but I'm very rusty. Used it for the "main" video.
